System Warranties:

Computer Works Plus offers a long term flexible warranty plan on all of our computer systems. All computer packages come with standard 1 year parts and 1 year labour warranty. All warranty work is carried out at our location. Our labour includes all hardware problem resolution and repair. Operating systems are covered under warranty if purchased through Computer Works Plus. All software titles purchased independently of Computer Works Plus are not covered by our warranty, you must contact the software vendor to obtain warranty information. Computer Works Plus reserves the right to substitute equal or more technologically advanced products if the product that is defective is no longer available from our suppliers. Computer Works Plus strives to give our customers the best support and service in the computer industry.

In Home Service

Computer Works Plus also offers in home service. Please email or call for our very low in home service hourly rates. If you are already a Computer Works Plus customer you will receive a special in home service rate.
